The previous record was 5 lbs for Arkansas in 2018. I dont believe a 12lb crappie. The world record is 5.46 caught in Tennessee

Yep. Ol boy was out in the boat giving his sistaunt the ol “ArKansas knob” if ya know what I mean. Well while he was rockin’ boat, he saw this fat female hitting baby ducks. So he snagged one of dem ducks and rigged up a 10/0 circle hook with duckling for bait. Snagged that ol sow on the 1st cast and did it before his Sustaunt’s boyfriend, who he calls “Dad” could get from the stern to the bow.

I was out fishing outta the kayak the other day. I usually take a machete to keep the snakes off. Good thang, I had to cut a crappie in half to bring it aboard for fear of turning the yak over. Never entered my mind about no record.
