filters?getting rid of glare?

is there a filter i can use that will let me take pictures of fish under the water? yesterday when i was out on the sabinal river, i saw several fish that i tried to take pictures of but just couldnt because of the glare. also where can i buy one of theses things.. thanks.

A circular polarizer will do just what you're looking for. B&H Photo is always a good place to buy.
