Well today I went and bought 1 sheet of 1/4" plywood and ten more sticks of 1"x2"x10' and an extra box of screws for a grand total of $47.65 at the local hardware store. I was wanting to go to Laredo to pick up lumber but I just decided to stay here in town. Well I first put in the divison between the sleeping quaters and the kitchen

then made the cut out for the a/c

here is a picture of the kitchen already roofed on the inside

then I roofed the inside with 1/4" plywood. It was not that difficult like I had tought.

here a pic of the inside.

then I cut out the vent opening.

Well tommorow I will insulate and roof the extirior with 1" foam board and 1/4 plywood. I also ordered the aluminum skin and the door windows and framing.

It's looking great. You definitely have some skill at design. What are the dimensions? You wouldn't be able to stand up in it right?

The frame will be 2"x2" sq tubing with a 2000 lbs axle. I should start building it tomorrow or the next day. It should be a simple build.

I subscribed to this tread also. Nice work. I've been trying to convince the wife that this is all we need, but she isn't convinced.
