TBH Need a good car wreck attorney...

My daughter was in a wreck today.....( not her fault)
Thank The Good Lord, she wasn't injured... At least, not so far...
But her Big Dodge Ram truck was totaled.. (bent frame, front end )….
So, she's needing a good Ft. Worth attorney.....
    Any suggestions...…
    Thanks..... A dad's nightmare.....

Just curious, but if she wasn't hurt why does she need an attorney?

Hey all asking him questions, I believe, as he should, is covering all his basis. Many a time, as some may know, injuries usually don't show up for a day or so, or later. My wife, bless her heart, "bumped" somebody once in the rear at 5-mph on the highway in stop and go traffic. They exchanged information and within 30-days, bam, we are getting sued...

And I've worked more accidents as a police officer than I care to count, and we will just leave it at that....

Exactly! Get a good one and and let he/she do all the talking to the other side. Oh, and get a mean one.
Don’t let her sign off on her health too soon.
                Glad she’s OK

Have your insurance deal with their insurance . Thats what you pay them for, and dont sign anything until you are satisfied with the settlement. Lawyers will cost more and since np injuries are involved you will come out better.
