Texas ASA Federation Qualifier at Mesquite Archery Club April 23-24

The Texas ASA Federation tournament trail will roll into Mesquite Archery Club this weekend on April 23 & 24. Mesquite's range is just north & west of Terrell, Texas

10:00 am shotgun start on both Saturday and Sunday, You may shoot either day, 30 McKenzie targets, $30.00 entry fee for all adult and young adult classes, $16.00 entry fee for youth classes, $5.00 entry fee for all eagle classes. Cash pay backs for all adult and young adult classes, non cash awards Youth classes and Eagle classes. Awards will be presented at approximately 4:00 pm on Sunday. ASA and Texas ASA rules apply and will be enforced.

Mesquite's range is a thick wooded creek bottom that offers many great shots. Come out and enjoy some ASA 3D at Mesquite Archery Club !!!

We have done a bunch of work the last few weeks. We have added around 10 brand new lanes in a new area. We eliminated the shots in the dark bottom and from the parking lot shooting into a tunnel.

We will be having BBQ catered by Broadhead BBQ. A long shot competition each day also. Cash payout to winner.

We survived the rain. I checked the course today and we are good to go. Yesterday when we looked at it things were questionable.

The ground is pretty firm and 2 days of sun will help. There is some standing water so you will need mud boots.

We are putting some pallets out in the bad spots to help out.
