Default Simple deer tacos

This is simple, most of my recipes are.

One link of deer
Can of corn
Packet of long grain 90 sec rice
1/2 onion
And of course tortillas

Cut up sausage and get hot in skillet with diced onions
Add the DRAINED corn once the onions start to brown
Mix
Cook your 90 sec rice in microwave then add to mixture and stir.
Empty into a bowl
Use some butter and cook tortillas
Done!

I love corn and sausage, never thought about them together in a taco.
Looks good!

Looks like a Friday Lunch, my boys call it. Every Friday I scramble them something up in the skillet using deer meat or sausage.

Thanks for sharing this. It was simple to make, and a hit here at the house. I used rosella tomatoes with lime and cilantro added to the rice as an addition to the corn, I was happy with the overall results.

I tried it. I used my jalapeņo green onion deer sausage. I added fiesta fajita seasoning along with a little olive oil while cooking the onions and sausage. As for the rice. I used a package of knorr Spanish rice. It was amazing! I also cooked my tortillas at the end. About 20 minutes total cook time. So easy and great. Thanks for the idea.
