Pkripper,

Its a Jackal Buzzard grabbing a bit of chicken in the air.

This was taken at a Birds of Prey Rehabilitation Centre.

They have two flight demonstrations a day giving you the opportunity for some super photos if you are fast enough...

Driving in the Parks you can get some close encounters at times but you need to be able to read the animal's body language.

I use a Canon 7D mkII body with a Canon 70-200 f/2.8 lens and at times add a X2 extender.

Few leopard photos

The leopard female came down the maroela tree and the young Impala carcass fell out...

She had no hesitation to get it back up in the tree just in case Spotted Hyena poach the carcass while on the ground.
