    Sausage and Rice Casserole

    Brown 1 lb pan sausage
    Boil some rice
    1 can of cream of mushroom soup
    Velveeta
    After sausage is browned and rice is done mix it all up in oven safe dish, throw it in the oven of 10-15 minutes at about 350. Eat up Oh yeah go ahead and add some diced onion and jalapeƱo in with the meat when you are browning it.

    Pretty simple and good.

      I usually cut about 1.5-2 inches off of the block and cube it up. Not sure how much that is.

                    we do something similar but use 1 can cream of mushroom, 1 can french onion and 1 can cream of celery. Comes out real good and dissappears in a hurry
