Dove hunting in Argentina last month and they served this over steak- I'm sold.
Finely chop sweet peppers, carrots and a bell pepper. Mix in a little olive oil and white vinegar. Let sit for 1 hour. Unbelievable spooned on top of a medium rare ribeye.

Just my own single fallen tear from the deliciousness of a properly cooked steak.

And the pot just keeps getting bigger.

I am a season with S&P and no sauce type of guy myself. If it requires sauce at a restaurant it just gets sent back.

If I order a steak at a restaurant and the wait staff asks me if I need steak sauce, I ALWAYS ask them, "Why, is there something wrong with your meat?" Don't use no stinkin' steak sauce on a steak... If you're gonna do that, just grill you a hamburger patty and slather all that junk on it. Will taste just as good and be easier to chew, plus it'll keep you from messin' up a good piece of meat! Oh yea, no beans in my chili neither!
