2-5% remedy should knock out just about everything. But it’s a little pricey. If you have more time than cash on hand, try glyphosate first and hit what’s left with remedy.

        I'm guessing no applicators license?

          Nope. Just a land owner.

I have good luck with Eraser from the feed store. I think it’s 40% glyphosate.

Landowners can get a private applicators license.

Anyways, glyphosate will take care of your herbaceous weeds and some woody. Yaupon is a whole different devil though. Need some more potent stuff or you can do a basal application of remedy and diesel.

4 oz per gallon glypho.will kill weeds and grasses. 24D will kill trees/shrubs.

I use "Big and Tuff" from TSC

Don't remember what it is but no license required and it kills everything you get it on.

Glyphosate will kill all the grassy/weed stuff, but you'll need to add some triclopyr (Remedy) for best results on the woody stuff. Some 2,4-d would help, too. Don't need a license for triclopyr, but most places will only sell you a quart of 2,4-d without one. (You only need about an ounce per gallon of 2,4-d, anyway.

Add some barricade to the above for extended coverage to prevent seeds and such from germinating making the treatment last a lot longer...
