Never gone dove huntin before. Hoping to get out there this season. I have one shotgun, two barrels. So I will be using a 12 ga with mod barrel. Seems more fitting than 18" cylinder.

                        Imp/Mod on top
                        Mod on bottom

                        Top barrel first
                        bottom barrel second
                        Shiner third

I like your third option but I think you shoot the wrong barrel first..

I think we've had this discussion before, but I'm old. I shoot I/C first on top barrel, mod on bottom next. Close shot first, ****it shot next. What is your thought process for shooting bottom barrel first?

Exactly what I do for the same reasons
