How are going to cook the bird?....

Smoked, deep fried, in the oven?... I saw a IR turkey cooker Home Depot the other day, looks interesting.

I have gone the deep fried route the last couple of years but plan on hunting that morning so the Wife is going to cook it in the oven this year.

We alternate each year between oven, smoked, and deep fried. I personely like the deep fried. The wife likes traditional oven baked. Either way, just give me a cold beer and I will set back and enjoy family and friends. HAPPY THANKSGIVING!! to all.
