My daughter's first axis buck

Saturday afternoon near Vance TX. my daughter put the smack down on her first Axis buck. The temperature was 108 at the truck and we were sweating buckets in the pop-up blind. The buck came in and stopped at 12 yards and Elizabeth put a great shot on him. He ran about a 100 yards and dropped. The whole family came down to help load him up and celebrate.
