Sliced and pan seared like a good steak. Just some salt and pepper to season.

What do you mean fried is not an option? Fried with gravy is how I like it . I can understand if you are trying to eat healthy

My last turkey I made turkey part subs and it was great. tenderize the breast to about 1/4" (you can marinade in italian dressing first) and use and egg wash and breadcrumbs with italian seasoning to coat. Then fry it lightly (don't need to cook it all the way yet as it's going in the oven) then put it in a pan and cover with spaghetti sauce and some mozzarella. bake it in the oven until it's cooked through and throw it on some bread.

My go to take one tumbler pour 1/2 full of WT, add air to the brim. Then indulge!

cut it in chunks, bread it, pan fry it, toss with 1/2 Franks and 1/2 melted butter. Buffalo turkey nuggets.
