QAU and Hoyt Risers

Mounted my QAD LD on my Hoyt defiant and I have to put the rest up against the riser to allow an Allen wrench to clear the kickback part of the riser. Doing this extends the set screw in front of the riser so only the rest bolt is securing the rest. Would this cause problems? The rest feels solid

I have a similar issue with the QAD on my e35 since it isn’t the “elite” model. I have had no issues with the set screw not being engaged over several season of shooting the bow.
