Bug ID Please

Everyday one of these little gnat boogers is flying around in our master bath. They are very small and they bite. What the heck are they? How do i get rid of them?

Well I seen HEB has some venus fly traps for sale.

Horse fly maybe? Tough to tell from the pic. Their bites hurt more than you'd think

keep the sink and tub stopper closed and put something over the shower drain if you have separate shower
