    What is your fletching orientation?

Didn't think about it till just now, but you may be getting some contact at pass, which will enhance things being off some. Especially a weak spine indication.

3 four inch feathers. a 145 grain head gives me a bad nock left of point hit.

But on a bare shaft, none.

          That sound like contact.

When I asked about fletching orientation I meant:

Where is your cock fletch located?

If it is turned out at 90 degrees, turn it in at 90 degrees, and lets see what happens then.

Rick I'm not sure what your asking me to do. I'm trying to bare shaft tune. Fletched shafts are still at uncut length,30.5, and fly well enough.

              Field points

I shoot 150gr broadheads and 145gr field points. That 5gr has never made a hill of beans difference!!!!!

Like mentioned above, when I shot 5/16” shafts, I used the 5gr brass washers because they were available, and I wanted everything exact. When I switched to the skinny shafts, the washers were no longer an option, so I just do without them. There is no discernible difference if your tune is right!
