Fourth annual Big Oak youth hunt

It is time for us to start taking names for the fourth annual TBH youth hunt here at Big Oak.

This hunt is for 6 kids .... 8 to 16 .... boy or girl.

Each kid will be allowed one doe, Axis Sika or Fallow and one Hog.

Lodging included no meals

If there is a kid that wants to hunt but does not have a parent to set with them a guide will be provided.

Hunt date will be Friday noon December 12th through Sunday noon the 14th

X-Bows are allowed

This is a great weekend and everyone should have a shot at something.


As we did last year, If you have a kid that wants to hunt just add their name to the list.

6 names will be drawn October 20th so you will have plenty of time to plan on making it.

I'm not sure if this is legal, but I am going to throw out the names of 2 boys that go to my church. We took them on their first hunt last year, and each got a hog with their crossbow. I plan on getting them out there again, but I don't know if it will be possible since we just had a new baby boy born.
