I have adjusted down to 65 lbs and shot bullet holes which leads me to believe under spines arrow is the culprit. Any other advise would be appreciated.
The Drenalin is not that hard hitting of a bow, that a 75/95 would be weak, although that is a VERY long arrow.
Just for clarity, cut a 75/95 shaft to 27 3/4 inches,(Drenalins tend to run around 1/2 " long), and see if it tunes.
At this length, the broadhead will not be behind your hand, plus you have a rest, and a shelf between your hand and BH.
If not, you have an issue unrelated to spine.
