    Fort Hood Hunting

    Anyone hunting fort hood this season?
    got my range permit,gate pass,qualified my bow and registered my guns.
    went to bed early last night to get up early this morning and hunt fort hood for the first time and it's pooring rain all day!
    maybe it will be dry tomorrow!

    I saw a couple bucks yestersay that didn't meet antler restrictions and some does that were to far away.Saw several does this morning.No shot opportunities.I'll be back out there tomorrow.Rain or shine.

          Alot of the areas are shot out already,and alot are doe only.There have been some very nice bucks taken.Everything you need to know about hunting Ft Hood can be found at www.forthoodhunting.com I didn't get out there near as much as I wanted but still saw alot of deer.

            Bart, send Mossman500 a PM on HOA forum. He has sinced moved to Kentucky but hunted Ft Hood a lot. He can tell ya the details and where to go. If you don't know him, tell him I sent ya!!!
