She one in a million for sure. Took me 3 and finally marrying a true Cajun to get this one. About the only thing that scares her is spiders. She had a water moccasin between her and a frog the other night and waited for the snake to move out of the way before grabbing the frog.

This is what she looks like during the week.

Here's a quick dish I cooked this evening with the backs and fronts of the frogs in my picture.

                      1 1/2 stock butter
                      1/2 cup flour
1 1/2 cup frozen vegetable seasoning mix
12 oz can of tomatoe paste
                      Water
                      Cajun seasoning
                      18 frog backs and fronts

Make a light roux with the butter and flour
Add vegetable seasoning mix and saute until translucent
Add tomatoe paste and enough water to make a thick gravy
Season with Cajun seasoning, to taste
Simmer for 10 min and then add frogs
Simmer for 40 min stirring very gently a couple of times
Turn heat off and let stand for 30 min and serve over rice or mashed potatoes.

I have pictures but can't get them to download from my phone. Dunno why, the ones in my previous post did.

The only negative thing about eating the fronts is, you end up with a pile of small bones.
