Happy thanksgiving! Me and my son are in stand in Kaufman county. We have not been seeing much.......

Got in at 620.
Didnt get settled till 635.

First time in the new setup, needed some final minute tweaks.
Most of the windows was open and the mesh was up.

Birds just started waking up. With my ear plugs in it sounded like a tractor was driving up on me.

There's an opening in the trees.
I didn't see them, 8-9, right away.
When I did they was almost all the way across.
Shot the one I could see the best.
They turned and ran back across it.
One stopped and looked around I shot her as well.
They was over here. 1st picture.
2nd picture I had to lean forward and look out the window.

Just had 3 does and fawns stroll by. Of course this is the first time ever my son is hunting by himself and I gave him the good spot. He has been blanked so far.
