2 lbs usually yields us 6-8 bowls at the house and that's with no beans

1/4 lb per serving sounds spot on, 1/2 if they all eat seconds

There are some chili recipes just below this one. You should be able to get an idea on the amount of seasoning,tomatoes. onions etc by looking through them.

Looks like 20-25lbs of chili meat and one of those big pots you would use to have a shrimp/crab boil in. You are going to need a couple of big frying pans to brown the meat with.

For big pots, we just borrow them from our church.
