Quick update, watching waters rise in the house. Family is safe though and we are couch surfing. Trying to plan next steps.

Officially looking for new place to live, staying with a friend until that happens (great blessing).

Sad news: Lost all my tools, most kitchen stuff, and mine & my wife bed. I know things that can be easily replaced (true), but at a cost. We only had renters insurance, and not flood. Prayers for guidance.
