Great outfitters are a dime a dozen, I've used Russ with Dry Creek Outfitters for one to two hunts per year for the last 3 seasons and every hunt has been phenomenal.
We did a goose hunt on Saturday morning hunting over winter wheat and shot 45 lessers and specks with 5 widgeon and gaddies mixed in.
Sunday morning was pretty dang cold with a wind chill of 12 and dropping but we ended up shooting a mixed bag limit of mallards, teal, widgeon and all limited on our one pintail each.
Our guides worked hard and despite the conditions, we had great hunts both days.
