    ? For the truck guys

I have a 2014 GMC seirra that I was driving last weekend in Mason, Tx and began to notice a squeaking noise coming from my rear left tire. I get under the truck to see what could be the issue and noticed that it looks like my rear shock mount and broke off thus resulting in my shocking shooting through the bed of my truck. My questions is what kind of price damage do y'all think I'm looking at?

I agree, have a new shock mount welded on, tack the whole in the bed and spray some undercoating on it. Should not be to expensive. PM me if you need assistance.

Take the shock loose from the rear axle and have someone weld the shock mount back on.

Or is the mount still there and the bolt fell out?

Wow, must have been a rough road. Did the shock mount break?

Hope you get it fixed easily

... but chevys commercial with the empty tool box destroying a ford bed makes this so comical to me, I laughed a little.

Again. Hope you get it resolved easily

The mount is still there just the bolt fell out. This is why I took it back to the dealership and have been arguing with them stating that after installing the new shocks and lift they didn't tighten everything and that they should cover the cost as it was just installed 3 months ago.

I'd say that you have a good argument!

Will be watching to see how this comes out!

                              Good luck!
