Had mine tested 5 weeks ago. I was at 226. I have now been on injections for 4 weeks. Feeling better everyday! He has me splitting the injections 2x/wk so I don’t have as much of a roller coaster affect.

We will be retesting in 2 weeks

I've been following this thread for a while. I went to the doctor Wednesday for my yearly checkup and had them do a testosterone test. I don't know the level yet but the nurse told me it's very low. I go back on Monday to discuss treatment and risks associated with treatment.

I know I'll find out more Monday but what are the risks of treatment and is it worth the risks? I'm 44 and spent most of my adult life working night shift or driving a truck. My libido is low, I've become sluggish, and started putting on weight. Wondering if this will help.

I got retested last week. I was at an even 800. He is going to keep me at my current dose. I get mine from a compounding pharmacy in The Woodlands. It runs $50/month.

You will not regret getting on TRT. Best of luck as you figure out the best course of treatment. Let us know what your levels are when you find out. I cannot find any significant risks associated with this kind of therapy. It's a natural hormone your body is supposed to produce anyway. You are just trying to get your levels back to a more normal reading. It will definitely make you feel better after a little while.

I take a 10cc shot every Monday been doing it for 3 years now. My T level was at 200 before the shots now im at 1100 almost every check up. when I was doing crossfit I bulked up fast, if I miss a week without a shot I fill real sluggish.

my heart specialist told me not to worry about it, that it could be bad for me, as I am diabetic, and have the Heart issue....
any one have any issues being diabetic and doing treatment?
