If it's a 1500 PSI rated hose and the sheath is damaged enough that it leaks, there is no repairing it. Call up Hufco in Pasadena (closest industrial hose place to you that I know of): tell them the type, size, and length of your hose, and what end connections you want, and they'll make one for you.
Worst case, if you don't know what type or end connections, bring them the hose and they'll figure out a suitable replacement, or post a pic and I or denimdeerslayer can identify it.
edit: just an FYI, don't expect it to be as cheap as a garden hose.
