    Smoked beef plate ribs!

    Simple salt and pepper seasoning smoked at 250f for 4 hours and wrapped for 3 more. Serious beef flavor. Used pecan and hickory.

            Plate ribs

            The only way I can describe them is like eating smoked beef roast. Very juicy and tender with a very strong beef flavor. They were excellent!!!
