Homemade beenie weenies. The core of the recipe is link sausage, two cans of beans, and Sweet Baby Rays BBQ sauce. From there it's up to you. I like to add chopped onions, a can of corn, and a few cloves of garlic. Chop the sausage into small pieces, mix it all together and simmer till you can't stand to wait any longer. Great campfire meal over rice or corn bread.
Don't add too much BBQ sauce. Just enough to give a light coating.
