The problem here was the price. Robert estimated a 4500-5k price tag as a possibility. That puts a lot of people out of the group buy.




I have no issues with pistol grip stock/chassis as I’ve been shooting them the past 10 years but now am looking to transition back to my “roots” if you will. A hunting stock with a 20” barrel is what I’m after. Compact deer killing machine!

You won’t be at 6.5lbs with either in 24” unless you go titanium action too $$$

I’m in for a lighter (6-6.5) hunter OR a heavy hitter long range in a chassis system.
Also agree for an adjustable comb AND detachable bottom metal would be a nice touch. I haven’t been able to get in on any of the previous group builds, but I’m in on this one if it makes sense.

My personal opinion the 2018 group build with the Lone Peak Razor action instead of the Curtis, is the perfect semi light weight rifle. Paid I think $100-$150 more for the Razor because Curtis couldn’t deliver. I would love to get another one just like it in another caliber. Put several rounds through it this morning and absolutely love that thing.

My 2018 build was also built on the Lone Peak action because Curtis couldn't deliver. Mine is a .25-06 Ackley Improved.

I love everything about this but the non adjustable comb. . . KILLING ME!!!! I need a verdict so I know how poor I’ll be the rest of the year haha
