I did this the first time this year, didn't know what I was missing. May shoot another deer just for making jerkey throughout the year.
After eating some and sharing with better half, neither of can eat the buccees jerky any longer. My worst batch was better than buccees.
I bought the premade Midway seasoning, added worchestire sauce, lots pepper, and brown sugar. Making another batch this weekend
