Just bought spider30 and draw is 27 at 70lbs. I want to shoot fmj but what length and should I shoot 400 or 340. Also what length should I cut them

congrats on a sweeeet bow purchase. i would say 340s. arrow length is user preference, but standard is usually end of shaft/insert at least at end of shelf, if not 1/2 - 1 inch past shelf, at full draw of course.

340 and mine are half inch over

For your draw length and weight it looks like you'll need a .340 spine in the FMJ. I like to cut my arrows 1" in front of my rest at full draw. Your shop should be able to set you up when you buy the arrows.
