It is going to be heavy and bulky no matter what you use for the exterior unless it is a very expensive material to coat.

Steel tubing frame, stryo walls base, wood frame floor, windows, door, it all builds the weight up so you might as well do the outside in a cost effective materials.

Gonna be heavy no doubt...

Stucco will just make it heavier.

If your not moving it, all is good...

They are pretty cool. Right now they have the defects on sale but you have to pick them up in Kerrville. I think the defects run about $3200.00
