Poor man's walk in cooler

I know it's not much, but I liked my Idea. I wanted a place to hang my meat and let it age. I got a used fridge for free from a fellow TBH'er (thanks Whitetailfreak). I gutted the inside, Reinforced the top with some old wood flooring and ran some I-bolts through the top and made some hooks from metal lying around. Presto! instant meat locker. The whole thing only cost about $10 bucks for I-bolts and Epoxy.

Great idea! We did something similar years ago but left the wire shelving in place. Only worked for deer quarters, though. I like your idea better!

The inside of the door is the foam that was already there after I removed the shelves.

We did something like that with a great big coke machine. Took all the guts out and put a pipe across the top. You could easily hang 5-6 deer in it. Worked awesome until someone stole it. That was in east Texas. Don't hunt there anymore hadn't in years,never will again!!!!!
