Conceal carry class costs?

My wife booked us a class for this Sunday for only $125. Our local gun shop was offering an independence day special 2 for price of 1!

My department offers one about once a month free of charge but it fills up fast. A $15 range fee is the only cost. Near New Caney TX..

Some gun shops in the dfw area offer free chl classes with the purchase of a firearm. Other than that it seems most cost about 50-65. You are in La. though so things maybe different. Is it 1 or 2days or a 1/2 + range time like it is here?

For me it came out to about 130.00 total between class, app fee and fingerprints.
