Traditional first shot challenge - TEST YOUR LUCK! - Week 11

Well in the spirit of St Patty's day this week, the challenge will test your luck. I've noticed a drop off in participation and this challenge provides no excuses. You can win on sure luck, or of course rely on your skill.

For the challenge, you will need to print up the picture of the clovers and fit to a full 8.5x11 page. The challenge is to hit one of the Lucky 7 four leaf clovers on your first shot.

    1) If you miss on your first shot, post up a picture and measure the distance to the nearest 4 leaf clover.
    2) If you hit a four leaf clover, take a tie breaker shot and measure the distance to the nearest 4 leaf clover.
    3) repeat step 2 if you hit a clover again! (you are VERY lucky indeed and should immediately go buy a lottery ticket and share the winnings with me )

Shots are taken at 7 yards (5 yards for kiddos.)

So come on and press your luck!

    Deadline is Midnight Saturday...
    Pics or it didn't happen
Printing in black and white is permitted (for the color blind and frugal.)

If you are just on the paper you have a 7 in 195 chance! (assuming you don't find a way to place your arrow cleanly in a white spot)

Swamp Rabbit: Technical question -- I believe shots are generally measured from the center of the arrow shaft, but should this then be measured to the nearest edge or the center of the nearest 4-leaf clover? From 7 yards, shots may come down to 1/8ths of an inch of difference.

                That's pretty good, Scott!

Don't think I'll get to play because I'm in CO with no bow.

Bisch I'm concerned about you if you don't have friends there with a bow you could borrow.
Do we have to shoot from our knees to be a leprechaun height???

To the center if you miss. But if you touch any part, then you shoot a 2nd for the tie breaker, and so on.

Then that will make mine 1 3/8".
