Plumber/remodelers recommendation Houston

Looking to have my galvanized plumbing replaced with Uponor PEX and some remodeling work done (shower pan install, drywall work, etc.)

Eventually, it will lead to window replacement and reconfiguring layout of the house with an engineered beam.

Anyone have any good recommendations? This is in SW Houston and is a single story built in 1963.
