Looking for jerky recipes-just gettin started

I bought a new oven that has a jerky feature. Its a convection oven also.
I have soy sauce,wosh. sauce,terraiki in big containers.(I plan on making a lot)
Want to make some tasso also. I have cure on order too. I would be grateful for all the jerky and tasso recipes all my TBH brothers and sisters could hook me up with! I have onion and garlic powder along with black and white pepper on order. (I am wearing Amazon out) Thank you for your help in advance.

Cajun Blake has a good jerky seasoning he sells. Should be some previous threads on it around here.

how long should I keep it in the oven

Just a starting out time to learn as I go. Average

We use high mountain garlic and cracked pepper seasoning. We get it at academy. Haven’t tried Blake’s yet but it’s on the list

To many variables to give oven time. Allow space for air flow and check for desired texture. If needed turn over and move up/down. Good Luck
