Has Anyone Ever Heard of a Bison Bow?

I have a friend that just purchased a used bow. I don't have all the particulars, but it's a White Bison longbow 66" in length.

Anybody ever heard of this bow? I think it was made by a bowyer in Alaska.

I have heard of them - never shot one... Most guys that have them seem to really like the bows!

Steve Hohensee from Alaska makes them.. They appear to be a very nice R/D longbow that has very good performance. Not sure if he still makes them or not! Very well respected bowyer though.

I have seen a very few for sale over on another site (TG). You sure don't hardly ever see any for sale.
