I apologize for not posting this sooner.
Tomorrow (5/21/16) Rains ISD Archery and Emory Archery Club are holding a Scholastic 3D Archery (S3DA) state qualifier at the Emory Archery Club. Youth archers who already have a NASP bow and Easton 1820 arrows can shoot in the traditional class.
Youth archers can also shoot for fun if they aren't S3DA members.
Entry fee is $10
Lunch prepared by the Rains ISD Archery Booster Club will be available for purchase.
Books open at 10am
Shoot at 11am
If you're looking to start a youth 3D archery program, come on by and take a look. My wife and I are both Texas regional S3DA coordinators and would love to talk to you about the program.
Emory Archery Club is located on Texas 19 about a mile south of the US69/Tx19 intersection in Emory. Southwest corner of Tx19 and Rains County Rd 1150. Look for a big blue/white EAC banner on the fence.
