    Should i try to clean my senor on my slr or pay $65 and have it done? It is a sony a550.

    Do you have dust spots showing up on your photos? If you don't, there is no need to clean it.

      I have a few that showed up during vacation.

        If I ever have dust spots show up on my photos, I will have it professionally cleaned. I'm too chicken to take that chance with my camera.
