I have been on call this weekend and work the last couple of weeks has been brutal. I have two in labor now and may be doing a csection here in a bit. Two surgeries scheduled tomorrow then I should be done! Was hoping to get mostly packed today and shoot a little but that hasn’t happened. Flight is early Tuesday, I’ll be on it and ready by then!!!!!

This is the ammo for the trip. Goldtip pierce platinum 250 with a 150 grain iron will broadhead upfront. Total weight came out to 530 grains. Going to shoot my Hoyt RX-1 and the Halon-32 is going as backup.



50 yard group last week with a mix of solid blades, vented and field points.

I’m liking this brown bear medicine so far! Platinum pierce 250’s with a silver flame 150 grain head up front. I have also shot the monarch head and have some iron wills coming. They are grouping well at 20 and 30 yards. I was hoping for 550 grains but I think these will work!
