And everyone of them that thinks they need to pass another truck because they are going .25 mph faster.

          Now THAT'S rolling coal.

Wish every one of them on the road could do that when they decide to pass.

I have two customers that are hooked on the Truck Pulls. They have spent a lot to get the HP up. Caterpillars can make much more power than a Cummins, one boy has a 1800 hp Cat with a single turbo.

                So this is why!

I see the dodge trucks with stacks and ghost mirrors taking off when the light turns green. Sounds like they're running a 10sec quarter mile, then you look over and see them keeping up a Nissan......

More fun to watch them on dirt tracks.

When I worked as a diesel mechanic, one owner operator and I were talking about his truck. He showed me a dyno slip showing his truck putting down just over 600 hp and a little over 2400 ft lbs of torque at the wheels!

If he was taking it easy it would not smoke at all. But once he leaned into it, it would get up and move while fogging the neighborhood for mosquitoes!

That's pretty cool to see that much steel do that.
