The dealership will not correspond with me via email. I have all the voicemails saved and document on my own records time, day and who if any I get to talk to. I know once I retain an attorney or mention it to the dealer then all negotiations between them and i are off.

I'm betting I just get the screws on this.

Who financed it? Maybe you could get them to fight with you, as in it's not the truck they paid for. It wasn't in that condition

Yep, that place sucks. They will lie when the truth sounds better. And the “customer relations manager” is a joke. They are the lowest form of human crap I’ve ever had the misfortune of happening across. That place needs to be wiped from the Ford name. They represent every negative stereotype of car salesmen that you’ve ever heard. There’s 2 individuals there that I’d love to run into at a bar sometime.

I'd be CAMPED OUT in the owner/managers office until I had a new truck with extra discounts or the cops removed me. And as I was being escorted out, then I'd mention the lawyer getting involved.

That's pretty horrible man. As much as I hate dealing with them, I'd have to reach out to an attorney and discuss it with him and go from there.

Sure sorry that happened. A new truck is supposed to be a happy thing.

no way I’d ever leave the lot with that mess

                          Attorney immediately

The only way you get screwed (in the end) is if you allow the same. Make it clear that you will not be screwed. Others have said go the social media route. Also try to go the traditional media route. Check with the metroplex news stations to see who does the consumer protection stories. I would not drive that truck off the lot when repairs are complete UNLESS they would write me a substantial check (if you paid for the truck and did not finance) for diminution in value.

If they don't do EVERYTHING you request, go Josey Wales on them---live by the feud.

You will if you let them. Don’t let them.

If you don’t Lawyer up, you will get the screws. No way I would accept that truck. They need to give you a new one. Have you reached out to Ford Customer Service so they can open a case. You might be surprised what Ford will do.
