I like that idea - I need to make one for the lease. We have a brand new TV that we unhook, take down and put in one of the trailers when we leave, then somebody has to reverse the process the next weekend. It's just a matter of time before it gets broken with all that moving around. It's mounted under a carport where it won't get rained on, but I would have to make the box fairly weather and dust proof.
