    Is that the Athlean-X 400 Challenge? It Looks interesting. I'm not sure I could do the situps right now though with my hip replacement.

      Yessir. I think this is my 3rd round of AX-1. Not sure if I'm interested in AX-2. He has several free workouts on YouTube that are pretty good also.

        I'll give it a try pretty soon. I may substitute using the crunch machine for the situps. I'm trying to work my way back to the 10X10 regimen that I was doing. this will definitely up the intensity over what I've been doing since surgery.

            We did back and cardio tonight, I’ve developed a pretty good pain in left knee pain is on the out side and wraps around front and bottom of knee cap. This is killing my cardio any thought on recovery?

              Rest and ice is about all you can do. Maybe a little ibuprofen for the pain.

              I prefer Crown and coke for pain relief though.

                I made it today despite the food they fed us at bible study last night. I'm not sure what they called it, but between that and sinus drainage I was nauseated early this morning. Still got chest and biceps done, just not as intense as I wanted it to be.

                Wide grip chest press/barbell curl
                Reverse grip bench press/preacher curl
                Dumbbell press/Overhead cable curl
                Incline dumbbell curl

                I thought I was gonna hurl so I quit. Back at it tomorrow for back and legs.

                      I had fire training last night and didn't get into bed until 11:30 so when the alarm went off at 430 I THOUGHT about not going to the gym. I drug myself outta bed, started the coffee, hit the Nitraflex and drug myself in.

                      Back and legs today. 5 minute warm up on tread mill, 3 warmup sets and 4 working sets. I love a good back day.

                      T-bar row/calf raises
                      Low row (intermediate grip)/Leg extension
                      Body weight ring pullups/crunch machine
                      Inverted row/goblet squat

                        20 up 20 down challenge.
                        10 push-ups.
                        5 inverted rows.
                        10 body weight squats.
                        10 jumping jacks.
                        Each set ran as a circuit in a minute or less. 20 sets in 20 minutes.

                            Bilateral lat pulldown/seated calf raise
                            Tbar row/leg extension
                            Pullups/goblet squat

                            Seems that everyone was doing back and legs today. One guy was all over the place and had pretty much monopolized 4 different stations. Oh well, I'll hit back and legs again later this week.
