Decent Beaches between Port Lavaca and Rockport?

As title states, looking for a decent beach between Port Lavaca and Rockport. Driving to Victoria next Saturday to pick up a boat but going to drive in Friday morning and spend the day at a beach if possible while we are down there. Keeping it within that range because it is decently close to where we are picking the boat up, don't really want to drive to Padre island for just one afternoon.
Any advice is appreciated. Have never been down that far before.

Port O’Connor is decent for what’s in that area and only about 30-40 minutes from Victoria

There are no beaches you can drive to in that range except small man made bay beaches which is basically the shore line.

It's all bays there. You would need to use a boat to get to a real beach.

Matagorda is only beach in that area that you can drive to.

Port Lavaca has a beach west of the causeway. Nothing you can drive on but it’s a beach.

Fine with man made beaches and doesn’t need to be on the gulf. Bay is fine. Just looking for a spot to hang out for a bit after driving all day

Port Aransas is a gulf beach but its a little further than Rockport.

Magnolia beach south of Port Lavaca is not to bad. Park right on the beach.

Yup Magnolia Beach is it. Nothing beach wise between Port Lavaca and Rockport really.
