Alot ot research, alot of visiting their build sites. Also talking to their prior customers. Also try to find a bad review on them. I couldn't find one.

congrats. We just bought a home built by them(it's about 5 years old) in Granbury and we live right behind Mr Couto. We love our house and haven't had any issues so far.
