I have a large lease with 58 members. I am sure some deer have been smuggled out over the years but nothing you can do till you catch them. losing a few undocumented bucks a year on 6k acres wont hurt too much

58 members on 6000 acres is crazy for me to imagine alone much less not following rules on it. I hunt on 4500 with 8 guys. We always thought adding but never follow up on it.

Four of us on 400 acres. Two of them, a father and son, I've known for twenty-five years. The other went all through school with the son. Yes, I trust them to shoot the first legal buck they can. The younger guys don't hunt as much as I do, so I don't worry too much about it. Worrying makes your hair fall out and I ain't got much to spare ...

Holy crap!! We got 10 on a little over 7k acres...58 on 6k?? Yeah, trust issues come to mind.

I’m the lease boss. Cross me or my rules and I find out your gone. I might even let you finish out the year but the next spring your packing. My rules are simple enough. I trust most till I have a reason.
